We want you to be completely satisfied with VariHelp. Below you will find the full terms for returns, refunds, and the EU right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal – 14 days cooling‑off period

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This period begins from the day you (or someone you nominate) physically receive the goods.

Key points: You have 14 days to notify us of your decision to withdraw. After notifying, you have another 14 days to return the item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you only need to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14‑day period expires.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed — however, VariHelp gel is eligible for return if unopened and in original condition.

Conditions for accepted returns

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (sealed tube).
  • All accessories (if any) and the original purchase invoice or order confirmation must be included.
  • The item must not be damaged, stained, or tampered with; only ordinary inspection as in a physical store is allowed.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

EU law allows the customer to inspect the goods as they would in a shop. Simply opening the outer carton to check the product is acceptable, but the gel tube must remain sealed.

Return shipping costs

According to EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), when you exercise your 14‑day right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we expressly agree otherwise.

  • Standard returns: The customer covers return postage (recommended tracked shipping).
  • Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return costs.
Cross‑border returns: Return costs vary by country. We recommend using a service with tracking. If you are returning from outside the EU (e.g., Cyprus local exceptions), please contact our support.
How to return an item (step‑by‑step)
  1. Notify us of your withdrawal via email: support@varihelp.shop — you can use the Model Withdrawal Form below.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and our return address.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, include the order number (printed or handwritten).
  4. Send the parcel to the address provided in the instructions (see also “Return address” below).
  5. Once we receive the return and inspect it (within 5‑7 business days), we will process your refund.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when you arrange the return.

Refund timeline & method

Once we receive the returned goods and verify they meet our conditions, we will issue a refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. Standard shipping costs (basic delivery) will be refunded in accordance with EU law; only upgraded shipping costs are not refundable.

  • If the product was damaged or shows signs of excessive handling beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct a diminished value amount.
  • We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions / non‑returnable items

The following items are exempt from the 14‑day right of withdrawal (as per EU law):

  • Products that have been unsealed or used (for hygiene/safety reasons) — VariHelp gel must be returned with the seal intact.
  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or perishable goods (not applicable to our gel).
  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications / personalised items (we do not offer customisation).
Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective VariHelp gel, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence showing the issue. We will:

  • Send a free replacement at no cost to you, OR
  • Provide a full refund including any return shipping costs (we will provide a prepaid return label).

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
